Congrats to irishmomof2 who lost 3.8 pounds this week. WOOOHOOO!!! That's awesome!!! Congrats also to cirka202, jatcat310, sweetpeagrl, funrun08, ivymarie75 and 2pinks1blue who all had losses. So far we've lost 22.5 pounds in 2 weeks. That's awesome!!!

There's a lot of ways to lose 90 pounds fast ... but they are all the wrong ways. You should lose the weight slowly so that you are able to keep it off forever. Week 1 winner is megz4987 ... with 2.2 pounds lost ... way to go girl. We lost total of 11.6 pounds this week ... not too shabby!! On to week 2!!

She's not that much fun in the morning. But I have to say that she's more tolerable in Level 3 than Level 1 and 2. Kind of like she respects you now. Level 3 is intense but I like it in a weird way. I'm not into all the plyometrics but I'm doing what I can. Great job getting it done in the a.m.!

Just because I'm anal and was using MFP, I'd go with their number. You should look into a Heart Rate Monitor then you'll know exactly what you burn. I was surprised with the differences in MFP and what I was actually burning once I started using one. Good luck!
