I'm on day 7 of Level 2 ... I feel better but Level 2 with all the arm work kicks my butt. I can definitely see some changes in my arms though which is most cool. I'm doing the levels for 2 weeks each before switching though so I'll be moving on to Level 3 next week

I'm a working mom of 3 ... and for me it's all in taking that 45 minutes when I first get home from work and making sure lunches and things are together for the next day. My kids (ages 12, 7 and 4) are usually entertaining themselves and chilling since they've been at camp all day. Once that's done, I'm free to make dinner…

I've never done 2 a days with the JM videos but I frequently do 2 workouts a day ... it's killer and the point I'm at now .. not sure I can say it works for me but we'll see :)

Still with you ... I normally take Saturday/Sundays off cuz I ride the bike but can't do that today so I shredded with JM after the elliptical ... I think ... or my eyes are playing tricks on me .. but I think I'm starting to see a little difference in my shoulders .. .like some definition ... it's kinda cool!

I will be on Level 2, Day 2 tonight ... I thought Level 2 was easier in some aspects along I am not a fan of all the plank stuff but I'm doing it. Definitely feeling stronger. And like someone else said .. I don't dare peek at Level 3 ... no freakin way!

If you want to do it, you will find the time. I get up at 4:45 a.m. every morning and get an hour workout in. I frequently get cardio in at night as well. I'm sorry to hear about your Mom and I can only imagine how stressful that must be. Cut yourself some slack. You needed to be with her and deal with the cancer diagnosis first. For me, personally, exercise helps with my stress level ... even if it's only a 20 minute workout a day. Saying a prayer for your Mom tonight ...

Personally, I eat almost everything with full fat and sugar (not that I'm inhaling a ton of either). I can't do the artificial sweetners ... I'd just rather not have them as they just don't taste good to me. As far as fat, you're right, they replace what they take out with sugar. Vicious cyle isn't it?

I'm on day 7 of Level 1 .. I'm taking 2 weeks to do each Level .. I got to Level 2 last time I started and it was difficult so I figured I needed to work up to it a bit. Good luck to you all just starting!
