ah. my poor waist. I am so thick around the middle I am 32" and only 10 lbs off my goal weight. I need to start exercising and toning up! I would be happy to see 28ish I think......

hi there! I am returning after a break and am 5'4" 131ish. Looking to lose another 10 and get some muscle too! I was just thinking I should find a kickboxing class! I really used to enjoy it and such a great workout! sending you a req :)

That is awesome! I just did W1D2 last night. D1 was the treadmill, and this was outside. I did OK despite the massive hills in our development and the heat.....

I dunno - if you have been sick for 2 weeks , then that would probably be a little to early as a preg symptom (ie. before implantation) but like the prev poster said, everyone is different!. it sounds like a) you are preggo or b) you have been sick with flu or food poisoning and that has thrown your cycle off and causing…

I know this is from a month ago, but I had to laugh, this is the exact combo I have found that works after trying tons of pricey stuff! The HE I use is the hello hydration shampoo and I use one of the fine thin pro-v conditioners (need to check which one). Mine is usually tangle free except when I am overdue for a haircut…

emariec78 - the knee stuff is rough. How are your shoes? If you are not properly fitted for running shoes it can make issues worse. Other than that, take it easy and walk until you can get on a bike or something less impact. ***no weights with my workout last night. Was playing tennis. It was in one of those bubble dome…

I love these as well, but I have a hard time stopping at the serving size - lol. Also highly recommend skinny cow cookies and cream ice cream sandwiches!

welcome! One of my big motivations to be here is to keep up with my sons as well. Even though I don't have a lot of weight to lose, I was/am winded after the slightest activity and can't wait to change that. It is so wonderful you have such a supportive husband as well! Good luck on your journey!

D8 (second day on level 2). Great workout, but I still don't get the last AB move in L2, so I am doing the bicycle crunches from L1 because they rock.

day 7 here. I tried level 2 today. I really liked some of the creative exercises. I think I made it through about 75% on the first try, which I didn't think was too bad. Anyone that does level 2 not get the last ab move? I think I must be doing it wrong, because I feel like it is a better workout doing the bicycle crunches…

I am pretty new to this journey and I have a sweet tooth as well. I am just working on cutting back now. (1/2 hershey bar vs. the full one - lol). I will look into some of the things listed here!

I hear ya! my shoulder cracked the entire time today. ****finished L1D6 today. Much easier, but I still can't do more than 6 "real" pushups and the knee ones are a stretch. Oddly, the other thing that causes me pain is the jump rope parts. It really does a number on my shins.

I am a little confused on this myself. Do you get the message if you don't eat 1200 cals only or if your net cals (eat minus burned) is less than 1200?

I can't stand not being able to fast forward. I can get through the commercial type thing, but not the rest..... I am working out in my basement, so it gives me the right amount of time to switch laundry to the dryer and get a new load in :)

I feel your pain. I was up to 3-4 cans a day. I can't stand diet, coffee or tea. I am trying to do 1 can a day right now (unfortunately still taking some advil for the headaches). Next I am going to try the mini 8 oz cans for a couple weeks then cold turkey. TBH, the thing that is helping me now is tracking my calories. I…
