  • I just graduated last month, and I had a student job so when I graduated I had to quit my job. Looks like we are in the same boat!!! Since my stress level is WAY down, and I actually get more than 3 or 4 hours a night of sleep, I am losing weight super fast. It is great! Good luck to you!
  • I have the same problem, but I have found that Mossimo mix and match bikini tops at Target work great. They are cheap, too! Also, Body Glove makes bikinis that come in cup sizes.
  • I make it in my oven. It is sooo good. Just pour out a little of the beer, add some butter ( or light margarine) to the can along with some seasoning. I rub the outside of the chicken with butter or margarine and sprinkle Lawry's over it. Its pretty low cal if you don't eat the skin, but the skin is delicious!
  • I saw a study that said caffeine consumption makes you burn an additional 100-200 calories a day. Like you, my only source of caffeine is from Diet Coke (which I LOVE!!!), so I am not going to stop drinking diet soda. I'll try to find the study and post it later.
