  • I say stick to the same weight...maybe more for the squats and lunges...but the rest stay the same!...maybe after a couple weeks, go up!!
  • There is a scientifc ratio to this...I can't remember it!! I consider myself hourglass/pear shape!....bust :35'' waist : 28'' hips: 40'' I'm bigger in the hips however, as much as the logical answer would be an hourglass shape is same size of bust and hips with a thinner waist...I don't think it looks as hourglass shaped…
