I am doing the Insanity work out. week 5. Some days I am more hungry than others. I usually try to eat more food with less calories. breakfast could be: banana, oatmeal and an apple. This helps me feel full. Don't starve just eat good portions. Oh! and eat egg whites you can have 5 of those and that's about 100 calories.…

Great job! Don't look for the results so quickly. It's like watching a pot of water boil. It takes for ever to boil when you watch it. Before you know it you will be in that swimsuit :).
