@Mandy4620 I think we should check in as often as we want to to get inspiration and support. I plan on writing my weight and calories. I may also include my activity. Example: Sept 1: Xlbs Lost:Xlbs Calories: 1200 Exercise: 1hr Just a suggestion. Do it in any way that helps you. Cheers, Jessica

Great to see all of you on here! It makes me feel more motivated already. I'm in PT for an injury so I'm focusing on biking and swimming right now. I'll start posting my weight on Friday. If you don't want to post your current weight, gains and losses are ok too. We're just here to motivate and support each other!

It took me a long time to lose my weight but it really kicked off when I changed my routine. I do more weight exercises now.

I have had a lot of success with MFP and I alternate weights and cardio about 4-5 times a week. The weight isn't coming off fast but it's coming off.
