I started using Spironolactone. It prevents further loss and maintains what you have. It's worked well for me. I also intend to go back to using minoxidil.

I lost about 50 pounds on MFP by logging every day and exercising. It took me over a year, but I had successes along the way. I exercised, ate healthier and worked on being proud of what I had achieved so far. Don’t be discouraged. You can do this.

I’m also looking for support from more active members. I’m changing my diet to less carbs and more protein and vegetables. I would love to be added as a friend!

I’m at a plateau right now. I exercise a lot, but I think the issue is that I eat too many carbs. I’m working on eating more proteins and vegetables.

HI, I have some issues with weight which I'm still dealing with, but now I'm taking a low dose hormone called Estradiol which seems to be helping other side effects of menopause. I’m finding that weight loss is difficult but not impossible. You have to really stay on your game in terms of nutrition and exercise.

Specifically, I am dealing with a lack of libido and painful sex. I tried Premarin but it had a lot of side effects.
