I'm 5'1" and on day 21. I've lost 5.8# so far, and 6.5" over all, 1 1/2" from my belly alone. I'm eating 1600 calories a day and watching my macros. I also work out 5-6 days a week doing strength training and some cardio through my crosstraining class.

This is an interesting take on it .... if you want to eat it, you have to MAKE it yourself. You want cake? You have to make it... from scratch... use almond flour instead and use healthy ingredients. You want ice cream?? You'll need to buy an ice cream machine and learn how to do it. Or just use substitues, like mashing up…
