Congrats onmyweigh!!! Keep up the good work.:happy: For road trip snacks, I usually do celery sticks but I peel the top so you get rid of the stringy part., carrot sticks, apple slices and 90 cal. Kellogg bliss bars. Gives me a variety while traveling. Safe travels to you and your family!!

Hello everyone. Just a quick check in to see how everyone is doing. Still battling with lower back issue but not gonna let it stop me. Off to do a genlte workout then tankle the busy schedule for the weekend. Hope everyone has a wonderful day and great weekend!!

Quick check in. Weight in tomorrow we shall see what the scale has to say. Haven't kept up on my thirty minutes a day workout. I hurt my lower back some how and trying to baby it. I feel terrible and really want to get back on track:cry:

It is wednesday. Having a hard time. Sweet tooth, ahhh. I hate it. I caved and had some mocha roca. Get up brush my self off and start over.

Busy Busy weekend. But today is weigh in day!! I started at 199 am now down to 196.5!! Love progress. :happy: I'm in for next weeks challenge too. Have been walking with the kids the last two days. I love it. It feels good to get out and about
