I'd say an 8. I also struggle with the weekends and cravings... But every time I eat too much, or get discouraged.. I pick myself back up again and get back on track.

Sucky thing is, I have previously lost 50 pounds, had a profile and then gained it all back. It sucked to have to take them down, but I didn't want to be a catfish. Now, it's the reverse haha.

I had a tanita scale. It says my body fat percentage is 42.8% :( Question within a question- is that the same as bmi?

Do you have an option not not keep junk food in the house. Stock up on light popcorn, carrots, celery to munch on when you get home.

At your weight and health, I think that it is fine to keep going the way you are. Congratulations on your weight loss. You should be proud of yourself.

Yes, I have those days. There is usually a "trigger". If I am upset, or really bored, I want to eat everything in sight. Figure out your trigger and give yourself and hour before eating anything. Most times, you're over it by then. If not, eat at maintenance and do not overeat.

Congrats on your weight loss! However, you put the weight back on just as quickly because you are losing it so quickly. Do you plan on eating like this for the rest of your life?

I'm also 22! In 2012, I went from 211-170! In January of this year, I was 222. Today I am 198 with a goal weight of 150. I want to lose weight and keep it off!

I sometimes have cheat meals, and I try to limit them to twice a week. However, I usually eat dessert every day. A small cupcake, fun sized m&ms.. Satisfies my sweet tooth and I haven't had a cheat meal in a couple weeks. Works for me. 24 pounds down since mid January.

Google tdee calculator. That way you can figure out your bmr, macros and see how many calories you need to eat per day in order to lose weight.

For me, it helps to cut nothing out and just eat less. Especially in the beginning. Another thing that helps me is realizing this food isn't going anywhere. For some reason, this helps prevent binging. Try 80:20- cook and eat your healthy meals and have a small dessert.
