  • I lost 30lbs using the Wii Fit, a while back. It's a question of commitment, really - as long as you're putting in the time and effort, it doesn't matter WHERE you're doing it. :-)
  • Most bouillon cubes also contain gluten. Which is apparently the reason why, even if you avoid the flour tortillas and tortilla chips at Moe's, you're still going to get a glutening if you order anything made with the chicken - it's cooked in a gluten-containing bouillon. *sigh* I found one commercially available,…
  • I was gonna say - looks like there are a heck of a lot of Whovians on this post! LOL! Yeah, I'd choose 10, as well. 9, in a pinch. 11... well, I'd run with him, but I'd be thinking of 10!

Sometimes when I can't make myself do anything else, I'll bring out the pedaler; it's not much, but at least I'm not just sitting around. ;-)…
  • I'm currently going through physical therapy for lumbar disc herniations that have irritated my sciatic nerve. Have your doctors recommended physical therapy at all? A physical therapist would be best qualified to tell you the kinds of exercises that you'd be able to do without setting off your knees or back, and that…
