haha if you push your body every day your muscles don't heal all the way. If you have more rest days then you won't feel as bad, but ive had the experience if i just wait a couple of weeks or a month then your body just gets used to it, and its not really a problem anymore.

http://forum.polar.fi/showthread.php?t=12106 looked it up, i don't have a HRM myself but im not exactly sure. Water resistant things usually are not water proof which is what you would need if you are swimming in the water.

haha my underwear started falling off today, luckily i wear a belt so its not like they fall off unless im wearing shorts(cause they fall off too haha) i never thought aobut having to buy underwear before, losing weight is expensive >_>

lost 8.7 lbs of fat from exercise. Its kinda weird seeing all your hard work every day go into 8 lbs, but hey that's 8 lbs i wouldn't have to lose later i guess, and its like 1/3 of my total weight loss so its helpful. oh and for my nsv i guess im down to like 3 pairs of shorts because the rest of them just keep falling…

pushed myself like crazy this week, people wanted to drink and party but I said no because I wanted to lose enough to reach my goal weight. I don't exactly eat amazingly healthy just watch how much I eat of it, and that seems to be working for me.

truthfully i did have a slump as well, i was working out from august to october and i lost 40 lbs, i then got tired of pushing myself(and my motivation dumped me =P). I couldn't go back to working out for about 6 months and i started again in may. I think what i did was just start, taking the first step to getting back is…

6 weeks you should have had a change. I know that it is said to actually lose weight you need to work out for 30 minutes at a time. I have just heard it before not sure about the scientific fact of it. But it seems like you are doing exercises that are muscle building based, like running at 8mph for 2 minutes on a…

I prefer to work out after lunch so that I'm actually burning all of the food that I've been eating. But since my work schedule is from 11-4 I just work out before i go to work so i can enjoy the rest of my day. That means waking up at 7 so I can eat and then get to the gym at 8, its rough. Although recently I've felt like…

the only workouts i enjoy are ones where i play sports or go swimming with my friends(which we don't do as often anymore since we are older i guess), otherwise i just consider it pushing myself to be better i guess.

my favorite snack is string cheese, 80 calories and if i eat it slowly i lose my hunger. Also instant oatmeal packets are like 100 calories and really fill me up for a meal so that's always a possibility. Dang i haven't done jumping jacks since highschool lmfao, guess i better get on that!

What I do to stay under my calories... hmm, I keep busy, because I found when I'm bored I want to eat. For me the biggest thing is probably exercise, when i work out i feel really tired and full and i don't really get hungry for the rest of the day. And even though you aren't hungry you eat!! eating when your not hungry…

I would agree with doing C25K. If you feel like that isnt working you high enough, you can go up to the next level which is the bridge to 10k program :)
