  • I find the Jillian Michaels workouts short and effective. Most are only 20 minutes long which is perfect when you have little ones! I have a 3 & 1 year old and I can fit that workout in with them when we aren't outside.

  • Maybe try popping a piece of sugarfree gum in your mouth. Since you have something in your mouth already, you may not feel the urge to eat the food that is front of you. Plus, there is a variety of flavors out there now that it may just hit the right spot. It's been helping me stop eating before bed time. Good luck!
