I'm going to pick belly dancing for my mini challenge. I've not done it for a month or so, so it'd be great to bring that back in to mix it up. I'll fit it in in the weekend. Hope that counts ok.

Sorry, been busy. Thurs and Fri I didn't do any of the exercises, I just drank 3 litres of water each day. I'll log later today's exercises and water.

Well I've succeeded on this weeks challenge: every day I've exceeded last week's lowest counted burn by at least 200 cals. Looking forward to next week's challenge.

We did great, but we can do better! I know yoga isn't everybody's cup of tea (it's certainly not mine) so let's make this week our best one yet, and remember why we all joined the challenge. Let's show Team Ranged, and make Bruce Campbell proud!

I'll try my best, last week's lowest for 439, so I'll aim for a minimum of 639...but I don't like the idea of not having a lower comparative rest day. But I guess one week wont hurt.
