I've decided on Tues, Thurs and Sat as suggested. Sorry Colfiii but I'm also at a gig (Morrissey! <3 ) so it wont be a big burn day for me. Hope that's ok for you; so don't forget, tomorrow is a triple point day. Wed will be a water (recovery) day.

Looking at your diary, your food intake is a little erratic, sometimes over, sometimes under. I'd try to keep that balanced for at least a couple of weeks, so your body can adjust. Perhaps your metabolism is a little..confused?

You need to not be weighing yourself more than once a week. If you wait a week, that gain should even out as it was probably water weight from increased sodium. But moreover, you need to stop stressing. Only by doing that will you be able to sustain the healthy lifestyle. You need to find the middle ground.

Yep, I take my macbook into the kitchen and do it as I go a long. Sounds a chore, but you get used to it, plus then regular ingredients can be quickly added from the 'most used' or 'recent' tabs.
