I'm 5 foot 9, and 168 lbs. My maintenance calories are 2120, I'm struggling at the moment coming from 1200 cals previously.

I will add, however, that I don't eat my exercise calories back usually. So my exercise estimates don't need to be correct, just rough.

Bizarre. Just asked this myself. I'm classing it as calories burned as it's physical activity I don't usually do. I'm thinking of putting it under light cleaning, possibly moving furniture if I do, and maybe a spot of heavy cleaning for the vigorous aspects, rubbing down and prepping. If it's toning, bulking up and building muscle you're after. rather than becoming simply 'skinny', you'll want high protein and good fats. Hi seems to be a conflict in the instructions, is it 4 or 5000 steps please? And by servings of fruit and veg, would two potatoes be the same as 5, for example, I mean, would either count as a serving, or is there a generally excepted idea of 'serving'? Thanks.
