The amount of water you had sounds good to me. Leave about half an hour of not drinking or eating before you start, and just remember to be kind to yourself. Go as slow as you can, and if you start feeling ill again, just pause it, rest, and try again. You can do it. :smile:

I do it by using a photo hosting site, such as photobucket. You sign up, upload the pictures from your computer, and it gives you a link you can use here to display the photo in the forums and such. :)

Oh ok, cool thanks for explaining. Good to know I'm not facing elimination if I can't get my steps in. I'm going to make it a personal goal to do as many dips as I did today, every day this week.

Our team is yet to finish, but I agree, I really appreciate all your hard work.
