hello! I have been vegan for a year but vegetarian for almost 13 years. My tips to you are to keep up on your healthy fats. I know they can take up a bit of your calories but it is essential. I have lots of great recipes if you're looking for any. Good luck with the vegan thing. It can be very satisfying!!!
