  • Just did another day of p90x - did shoulders and arms! I think I need heavier weights than the 5lbs im using because only some of the exercises felt hard ...
  • I just started doing it! I only have 6 of the workouts (my friend shared the files with me) but I'm hoping to create a schedule with them anyway. I've done chest & back, and plyometrics so far. My abs were super sore after doing chest & back, it's awesome.

  • I usually eyeball but I tend to over-estimate a bit if I'm not sure...
