Sending you love and hugs this first Mother's Day without Mom. Keep feeling the feelings and let them out as tears and joy of a beautiful life lived. Celebrate her life by remembering things that make you laugh in joy. Feeding the grief will just make you sad and guilty. Feel her love and encouragement for your success and…

Amazing job. I am so impressed by your hard work. Thanks for the motivation. Needed it today.

You wrote: Regardless if it's breakfast or lunch and when I respond I get very negative/discouraging comments such as "I love peanut butter and jelly but having it on wheat bread ruins it" (as I'm eating it and loving it on wheat bread". Perfect comeback and respectful. I love peanut butter and jelly on wheat bread! YUMMY!…

Beautiful. Never heard of anyone going to bariatric surgery ending up losing the weight on their own. Impressive. You look so healthy and happy. Motivation! Motivator!

You noticed you have a sweet tooth for black chocolate. The higher the cocao number 85% plus (the darker the chocolate), the higher the fat content and the lower the sugar content. Read the labels. This should be a nice addition to go with your nuts.

I quote you. You feel great. You are in the best shape of your life. Nothing in that sentence should hurt anyone's feelings. Matter of fact, it is your feelings that have been hurt. By the way, the first time I saw my collarbones, I was shocked. I am sure you are getting used to your new body. You don't have to imagine…

Honestly. No you will not be able to eat and drink to much and eat junk again "with reckless abandon" unless you don't want to achieve and maintain your goals. Building muscles will help but will not allow for eating toooo much and junk food. Unfortunately aging impacts the metabolism, but according to you, you were always…

Your best bet is label reading. Beware, this can add one hour or more to your shopping trip. Sugar is hidden in everything. What brings it to your attention is label reading. Per serving. Be sure you are monitoring your sugar grams on MFP. Red mean stop! (except under fiber). Fruit is high in sugar as well. Choose low…

You are so beautiful and inspiring. Thanks for sharing the journey. Love all the pictures, the details, the highs and the lows. Great job and enjoy your life as you update your tape. You are beautiful. Your body is beautiful. You are not the butt of any joke! :flowerforyou:

Hey There! As you know there are so many schools of thought out there. I am not sure if this information takes into consideration a plant based diet but is does address macros. This is the information I found on MFP when researching TDEE and BMR…

I am a recovering diabetic and was quite carb shy and reluctant to consume the 70% carbs suggested by a plant based diet. I found this link today that was very helpful. http://pcrm.org/health/health-topics/diet-and-diabetes-recipes-for-success

I was unsure today if a plant based diet was the same as paleo. I found this link that vehemently set me straight. http://www.drmcdougall.com/video/low-carb_plant-based_diet.htm

mini sesame round crackers. Love them. Crunchy no salt/sugar peanut and almond butter. Best prices around. I also love their low carb tortillias. Hazelnuts Non Veggie I love their tea tree soap (so invigorating) and lavender dryer bags. Meat Jalepeno chicken sausage (lowest sodium and fat sausage I have found)

I gave up soda, .Diabetes medication and 65 pounds so far. I released them happily. Oh I also gave up "pretending to eat the foods I crave in moderation". My mind and body don't seem to understand that term.

Love the dancing face. You deserve to dance beautiful. Thanks for the inspiration and motivation!

Thanks for the oil free hummus recipe. I will try it!

(2 ingredients, peanuts and salt) All natural is not peanuts and salt. It is just peanuts. I love Trader Joe's crunchy. But I digress. The only solution may be to give it up. What you have identified is a binge food and those food items are usually not safe in the house. Your peanut butter eating habits have confirmed…

Yes. It is the plan that works for me. I can see everything that I eat. I believe MFP. It is my lying eyes and memory :noway: that I don't trust.

I think the key word is "cincher", It may make you sweat, but I wouldn't count on that for a weight loss claim. Beware of anything that make you go "hmmmmmmmm". Now they "cinch" in those problem spots and you will like the results!

Yes, those are collarbones. Hello! So exciting. I love mine.

Check/Read your label carefully where it posts the serving and ingrediants. Mine says peanuts ONLY. No salt or sugar. I like the CRUNCHY from Trader Joes. It says Unsalted on the front label. I love it and have to limit myself to 2 tablespoons daily.:grumble: :noway:

I wanted to fit into the airplane seat and not to have to ask for an extention seatbelt from the flight attendant.

I boil it with chicken stock and just season to taste and just eat. I sometimes steam it and then add light coconut milk and curry. I also break it up into pieces and add it to my white beans. I love Kale!

I bit my lip to keep from drooling
