I just try to keep the faith that it will happen over time. Give yourself some more credit for only being 5 months post partum :) I have noticed that mine has gone down over time.. its the elasticity that I am worried about. Im worried I will have to "tuck" my pouch in my pants/underwear for the rest of my life, haha.

I did it and almost threw up (timing of eating and doing the video, I think). Surprisingly, I broke out a nice sweat doing it. I'd say go for it and just do the moves as much as you can. You'll gain flexibility through time :)

i have a ton as well (think tiger claws down your stomach). i remember when i first got pregnant and looked up pictures of women with stretch marks from pregnancy and saw the extreme marks and thought "oh those poor women!!"
