perfect timing on this post today - as I just went to my first Zumba class in over a year!! Had a great time - used the zumbacalories.com site to figure mine out...not sure if it's right...my next investment is going to be a HRM so I can know for SURE what I'm doing...but for now, I'll go with this... Depends on my schedule, but the one time I NEVER work out is early in the morning. I am not a morning person and have a hard enough time getting out of bed to go to work ...I'm a slow starter in the morning also, so it's just not happening. I also tend to actually feel physically sick to my stomach when I get up too early.

If this is true, I will NEVER have a wrinkle!! I'm with you - I sweat just thinking about putting on my work out clothes! I've always done the weight machines first because I sweat slightly less doing them than when I do my cardio! Here's to the sweaty sweaty girls!!! :drinker:

My first (and only) was 46:15 in March 2011. I basically completed it by jogging/walking intervals through the whole thing. I had suffered a calf injury about 2 months before the race...it occasionally still bothers me, but my goal is to get back to jogging again and do the same race next March.
