It's great to set goals that you think are achievable for YOU! One of the worst things we can do to sabotage ourselves is to set such lofty goals that we get discouraged when we don't meet them as quickly as we think we should. (That being said - for some people, looking at the big picture is what works, so that's fine!)…

My first bit of advice is to NOT be ashamed of what you saw....use it as a learning experience. Look for ways to cut those calories. You will not get it "right" all day, every day. Allow yourself to make mistakes - but learn from them. Most of all, DON'T GIVE UP! I'm here every day - feel free to add me, if you want! Good…

Request to add sent....We are all in this together and I know I can always use the extra motivation!!

I think that it's up to you - if you want one, get one. I think it's important to get something that means something to you so that, in 20 years, you don't look at it and wonder "WTH was I thinking?" I, personally, got mine in a spot where you'll see it if I want you to, but it's easily hidden if I need to hide it. (It's…

ME!!! I'm about 5'4 and I most definitely want to keep my curves! I like my curves...what I don't like is how my curves currently jiggle....THAT is what I'm working on :)

Real name = Stefanie (yes, with an F, my mom liked it better that way, but I still have relatives that spell my name wrong), but I go by Stef, Stefi, Steffers- or any other nickname people come up with. When I actually hear my full name, I think I'm in trouble because it's the only time my parents ever used it. Username =…

1. Went shopping for a dress to wear to a wedding this upcoming weekend - and found one that fit AND looks good 2. Went back to my old gym and they still have all the old fitness info saved into the system (they use Fitlinxx) - I could lift more NOW than I could when I quit going way back then.....really enjoying this…

If you're talking about a cute sundress or something like that, I think it would be fine. If you're talking about something dressier, I think that might be a bit weird....but hey, wear what you're comfortable wearing and if people don't like it....too bad!!!

I'm at 9lbs right now - have one more weigh in (Wednesday) to go....if I can make it through this weekend without completely falling on my face, I should make it! I also fell off the wagon from Easter Sunday until April 30th, so I should be doing better than I am, but I have to look at it that I'm carrying around 9lbs less…

I had the same problem - I could do elliptical (yes, hot sweaty and breathing hard) for an hour....but 60 seconds of running nearly killed me!! Since I broke my toe two months ago, the elliptical now kills my foot/leg after about 15 minutes....while walking is much easier (weird, I know). Maybe I'll try C2K5 again...I got…
