Hello! Can you please tell me if I should try to lose weight while breastfeeding or if I should just stick to my calories Inwas eating before Ingot pregnant? I'm a new mom and have no idea of what to eat or if Inshould try losing the pregnancy weight now. Please share any tips you may have. Thanks!
