I weigh in the 270s and I am doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I wont tell ya its easy, she is kickin my *kitten* a little but its do-able for sure. Im only on part 1 for a few more days and already its easier. Part 2 has me scared a little but im determind to make it.
