It is a running program, not on a dvd to my best knowledge but its something you can download. You can google it and get the general idea. I would totally try it I have been "attempting " to get running. Something I swore I would only do if I was being chased by very bad things. So I think its a great idea.

I have been struggling with motivation the last few days, im covering a vacation so im working 6 days a weeks alone. Im more tired and have less energy... uggg so sorry ladies. Im barely hangin under my cals and doing minimal exercise. I will be stepping it up I dont like feeling like this. Today I got 30 points is all..

You are VERY correct.. Every mountain is climbed 1 step at a time.. Congrats to you and, really to us all no matter what step we are on, what matters is that we are on the right mountain. A daniel fast is eating ONLY plant based foods and ONLY drinking water.. It can be done without the religious aspect of prayer. It essentially just eliminates all meats and "processed junk". Basically just a clean diet meatfree

Perhaps instead of a miles= points we do simply a X amount of mins= X points. The calories burned isnt exactly fair either as not everyone uses a HRM and mfp figures are grossly off. Also people burn differently at different weights. Just trying to help :flowerforyou:

The miles situation is surely a problem as is. I think there has to be a way to balance out the biking vs walking problem. The average rider goes 13- 30 mph. The average walker is 2.5 - 4 mph. You see a HUGE disparity in possible mileage this way. I walk at 2.8 mph I elliptical at 4 mph. I get that its a "choice" what…
