I believe it is recommended to go as you stated 30 days straight 10 each level. I use it once or twice a week and just recently attempted lvl2 with modifications. I prefer to mix up my working out to prevent boredom. I dont however get the "shred" I would doing it daily. I dont think its harmful to workout everyday as long…

A big congrats Saz :) I like this challenge.. I usually do my workouts in the evening so for me I am gonna get up earlier and do a workout in the morning as well maybe 30DS doesnt take to long and really kicks me up :)

Haha your cracking me up... I have male and female friends I enjoy. I notice that my male friends are more tough love, I appreciate that. The girls are awesome as well, but sometimes I need to hear "quit yer whining and get back to work". I really love a well balanced friends list :)
