Would not trust calorie count on any of the machines. The best way to know how many calories you burn is with reliable HRM, like polar that has a chest strap.

I am always in "danger" of mindless eating...I cannot stop at just 1...that is my BIGGEST problem. I always do good if I don't just have any...if I have one...that is it...I need to learn to stop myself...

I had 4-5 plateaus over the past 5-6 months...I was able to break it by upping my cals for 4-5 days in a row. For the past 1-1.5 months, I haven't had a plateau, but my weight loss has been very inconsistent. I would lose 4 lbs in one week, and only 0.4 the following and then 3-4 lbs. and then 0.6. PLANKS!!!!!!! My trainer makes me do A LOT of planks, including side planks as well as workouts within plank positions (with weights too)...my waist went down from size 18 to 12 since end of May of this year

I get between 300-600 cals per 60 min of zumba...it seems to be different everytime. I use HRM

If I eat back my calories, I end up gaining...if I eat just the goal, I hit plateau...if I eat portion of my calories...I drop weight...go figure!

I did not see much change in the mirror, but I was feeling it when I was putting my cloths on...they are hanging!!!
