Can I subtract the calories I'm using to laugh so hard right now? Or at least deduct the smoothie that shot out my nose...

It took me over 2 hours but I made it 10 miles yesterday! I don't care how slow I go, I feel like I've accomplished a goal. In 2003 I ran a marathon using the Galloway method and was so proud! (not to mention I passed a lot of " real runners" who lost steam by mile 18)

He could have given you the heads up without telling you to " look your best"! It just sounds really bad. Yes, this would put my husband in the doghouse.

Wow, there are a lot of REALLY low weight goals! I'm 5'6 and my goal 160. I'm pretty curvy though. Below that, Im afraid I'd lose the parts I want to keep!

I miss my '88 Honda CRX. Sitting in the driver's seat made you feel like you were in a rocket! I miss her... She would be of no use here in Colorado.

You can adjust your daily calorie goal to fit your activity level in your profile. "Nurse" is described as "lightly active." this calculates a higher calorie bank for the day. Another idea is to wear a heart rate monitor. You can see how many calories you are really burning and if it is more than you would regularly living…

At least there wasn't more than that leftover! Track the calories, I'm sure you can make up for it this week. If you beat yourself up you'll just make it worse.

You are hilarious!

My motto, "fake it 'till you make it." I know what you mean. I try to think of healthy food and exercise as the price I pay for cute jeans and pizza on Fridays. I do feel like the longer I do it, the more I start to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. One post mentioned a cheat day. I definitely think that works well for me. I give…
