Thanks, everyone! I got a sock, heel cups and a cortisone shot. I already feel 40% better since Monday! I'll be patient but I have high hopes!

Thanks, everyone! I really appreciate the feedback. I'll make an appointment today. I waited because I was hoping that losing the pregnancy weight would resolve the problem but I can't get rid of the last of it without being able to work out more intensely. Thanks for all the good advice!

That is incredible! So inspiring!

You are probably still recovering. Start small with a walk. Or if you are 100% and just feeling lazy, get out there and run! It will get your adrenalin going and remind you how good healthy feels!

Good for you!

I have a texture problem with peaches and apricots (gag*fuzz). Alcohol, but IT doesn't like ME. Avocados and, the worst, MUSHROOMS!

"I got that your post was sarcasm. It was unfortunate sarcasm because of how inaccurate it was. And people who have (or believe they have) gluten issues are quite used to sarcasm and derision. It's so unnecessary given that people who cut out gluten already have tons of trouble trying to make this work in day to day life.…

About the gluten jab... I was making a sarcastic comment about how gluten has become the new "evil food." I am fully aware that celiac disease exists. However it effects a small portion of the population. "Gluten sensitivity" cannot be tested for accuracy and and there is no clear path for diagnosis. The latter is not a…

Hooray! I totally know what you mean!

These are the healthy habits that make this about life, not diets! Good for you!

I'm sorry she isn't more encouraging for you. She must be very insecure about herself. Great job on your hard work! Im glad she noticed!

Great for you! You are going to be amazing tomorrow! It is amazing what our bodies can do when we encourage them! Have a great time and be proud!
-
Thank you! I'd like to add... You are not suddenly allergic to gluten.

I have a chug (chihuahua/pug) and a border collie mix! They are the joy of my day! They alway remind me when it's time to get out for a run!

Hooray! Good for you! I'm sure your hubby would prefer you nothing to wear though! ;)

Thanks for the encouraging words. I'm in the same boat. I lose maybe .5 or 1 lb a week even though I'm doing P90X and running (just finished a half marathon yesterday!). But I feel like I'm learning a lot about commitment, priorities, and like you said, FAITH.

That's awesome! Good job!

You can really see the difference!

I LOVE Fiber One cereal. (I'm not sure if it's available everywhere?) it's only 60 calories, has half the fiber you need and cen be eaten dry, with milk or on yogurt!

I absolutely NEED pizza every couple of weeks. I can usually fit it into my daily calories and I don't eat nearly as many slices as I used to. I don't feel like I should deprive myself. Thankfully, I never get the urge to go through a drive thru... It has probably been over a year.

That is great! You have done so well!

You're doing great!

Yeah, there's a schedule so that you work different groups each day. You don't have the booklet? Maybe it's on the website. It is good because there are different phases, "rest" periods and mini goals. And it keeps you from burning yourself out.
