Same here. Do you meal prep at all? I do it Day by Day. I don't want to make separate foods for the family and myself. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are great but dinner is rough.

So far this week I ran for 15 minutes nonstop (Tuesday). During the week it is scheduled for timed runs and then on Saturday I run for distance. I'm just starting to get into 5K running shape and I'm working towards a half marathon by November.

Well I have complete week one of training for a 5K. To hold myself accountable, I will search for 5Ks to run come spring (or earlier).

I am just starting to run again so my goal for this month is 15 miles. My ultimate goal is to be able to train for a half marathon in November. I just hope my Achilles' tendon works in my favor.

I'm above that. There is no way I can eat less than 1200. I'd starve. I'm about to begin Insanity for my second round and continue running (until I can run about 4 miles without any stopping). So 1200 cals is not for me. I love food too much :smile:

I have the Weight Watchers scale. It measures your body fat as well as a few other things (it's digital). The best thing I find is to measure yourself wearing the same thing and at the same time.
