You already seem pretty small, I wouldn't be working on losing any more weight if I were you, maybe if you're unhappy with how your body looks, try a bit of heavy weight training to get a bit more muscle definition. :smile: ETA - spelling

I am in love with Android, you can do so much more with them.... in saying that there are some cheap nasty devices out there so make sure you stick to something good like Samsung if you go that way.

WOW! I had no idea how many calories in my faves! Salmon nigiri is nearly 700 cals! Didn't realize that st pierres had that on their website, thanks for opening my eyes!

For those of us in NZ/AU I got mine quite cheap from vitacost, shipping was pretty cheap, had to stock up on all sorts of other things I found there too!
