I have been on these in the past, and I did lose weight doing weight watchers taking them. My weight gain though I think was more irregular eating and eating the wrong things. It is possible to lose weight on them. Have you talked to your doctor about your worries. The Anti depressants themselves did help me btw.

When I started on this back in August I could only manage 3 minutes. Now Adding a little time each time I can do 20. Just add a minute a time maybe

I'm back after a few months of non tracking and not a lot of exercise due to illness etc. Put back on 20lb of 31 lb lost. We can do it and good for you for being so honest. Add me if you like

I do that with my exercise, even been known to log in my swimming minutes in changing room still dripping wet from the shower lol
