It has been a week since I weaned my son. I became immediately bloated but it could also be due to me eating out more frequently that week than I normally do. Anyway so far I gained about 3lbs during the bloated stage and now I lost those lbs and maintained the weight I was right before I weaned.

Hi Ladies, Has anyone adjusted or customized the mg of nutrients they needed on MFP? I don't feel like I am getting enough protein (currently set to 61 mg) and I have been eating way more fat than MFP allotted.
