Question for you guys then: how do you log hillwalking? I can only find Hiking - hills which seems to give a very high calorie burn which I'm not sure is justified.

I don't know if this helps but my all time fave shoulder move is (and I'm not sure what it's called): Start with dumbells held out directly in front of you, arms fully extended, weights either held horizontally or vertically (works slightly different muscles each way). Bring your arms up and out over your head in a…

Feel free to add me, you can never get enough support! x

I love everything from the moosewood cookbook! Also I love a veggie sausage, mushroom and lentil bake, I use canned lentils because they don't need to be soaked then just put it all together with some seasoning or maybe some tomato sauce and bake til the sausages are done. Mmm.

Dude! You look AMAZING.

That's absolutely amazing, fantastic job!

I'm in the same boat as Panyg, just joined yesterday so not much to report weight-loss wise since then. It's been a great week though, lost just over two pounds when I weighed in yesterday and I've been getting some excellent workouts in. I'm aiming for 1400 cals a day but I usually eat back some of my exercise calories…

Hi guys, I'd like to be in too! I'd ideally like to aim for a bit more than a stone before Christmas but we'll see how it goes. Yey! My start weight for this challenge is 193.8 lbs as of today which is around 13st11. If I could reach 12.5 by Christmas it would be fab!

Sorry, should have given a little info with that! I'm Amy, my current weight is 195.6 My holiday goal is to be under 180 (I know it says 175 on my signature but a girl can dream, can't she!?) If the group is closed, just ignore this!

Hi guys, Am I too late to join? A

Yesterday I went into Lush (not everyone's thing but I LOVE their stuff). Their bath stuff is quite expensive but it's gorgeous so I splurged on a bag full of goodies and now when I finish a hard training session or a particularly brutal spin class I can reward myself with a different fabulous bubble bath. That + magazine…

Hey, thanks guys! The step-jacks sound good. Now that I'm on level 2 there are some good alternatives as well, the plank jacks don't hurt my shins (well, no more than the rest of my body!) JamesBurkes - I do weight train at the gym as well, I have a trainer that I see once a week and have a programme that I follow most of…

My PhD is around health care systems in remote and rural areas? Not fascinating for everyone!

I've looked everywhere too, but no dice. Lots of Christmas themed ones, and there's a brilliant Robin Hood themed night race in Nottingham isn't there?
-
Aw I'd love to do a Halloween themed run! Just finished the Inverness 10K here in Scotland this month, next run is the 5K Reindeer Run in Stirling. You can't beat a race where they give you antlers and a light up nose! Happy running everyone!

Fantastic! You look awesome!

Love spinning! I just started going to a new gym for classes and they turn the overhead lights off and you spin to coloured disco lights - no one can see you sweat, it's great!

For bigger goals (10lb lost, etc) I would go for something like new shoes, a manicure, a new book? I'm also keen on doing a weekend course away in something I've always wanted to try when I hit my next goal. For littler things like finishing a hard workout I'd get a new magazine, have a bubblebath, go to a movie or…

I'm so glad you put this up, I'm in the same boat! I've been here a while but don't really know what the deal is with adding friends so if anyone is interested in some mutual support, feel free to add me too!

I would second the Bio Oil! Plus it smells lovely.

It sucks doesn't it?!

Fantastic job, you look amazing! As an aside, is your after bikini from Victoria's Secret? I love it!

For anyone confused in the UK, zucchini = courgette x

My husband definitely compliments me all the time, which I love him for BUT I think that has helped me ignore the fact that I was gaining weight!

Have to agree with the other folks on here, you look SO much younger (not that you looked very old before, but SERIOUSLY!) Amazing !!

Great work, you're looking fab!
