I am a double D......bought a NIKE sports bra....which is very tight....and is very comfortable. My very first one! Could not beleive how much it made my back feel better! I am now going to go back and buy some more for just every day wear. You're just going to have to go buy a sports bra that is right for you. : )

That happens to me weekly. The scale goes up and down. Dont rely on a scale....you are losing inches as well...and sometimes that doesnt show up on a scale. Water retention from sodium etc. also can affect you. I go up and down all month. BUT.....I still have lost 43 pounds since April. Dont be discouraged.....it is normal!

I have been on MFP now for almost 4 months! I now shop for special treats to keep me going! ME too! I was shocked to see how "little" sugar we are allowed. MFP said I should stay under 24 grams of sugar....and usually, over half is from yogurt etc.... at breakfast! Make sure your calorie goal isnt to high. If you arent losing weight....take a look at your goal. My goal is 1200 calories a day....but more if I exercise. Just eat at a later time. I like to eat at 10:30. Sometimes I eat breakfast food...sometimes I eat a lunch food. THen....I still eat lunch at 1:30 or so....and then din din! It gets me through the day better! : )

IT is exciting to have something hanging....knowing it WILL fit one day! I like the TOWEL comment. I have noticed how my towels wrap MORE around me now....then a few months ago...and it feels great!
