I am starting my THIRD week of Couch to 5K .....and I have never, ever, ever, been athletic or even able to run my whole life. Take healthier treat. We had a "lock in" for our youth group...and we had giant cookies with icing.....donuts.....cupcakes etc. Would you believe that we had to keep refilling the fruit tray? I have started drinking protein powder drinks in the morning on days that I have to work double. I know Im going to miss my dinner....and so I dont mind the extra calories added. It is very good! I know sooooo many people watching their weight that use salsa on their eggs (just like others have written) They also add the salsa to baked potatoes instead of butter and sour cream. If that isnt something you might want to try....I hope you find the ketchup you're looking for. : ) : ) Good luck!
