We love skinny cow as well!!! Discovered it about two weeks ago! Ice cream sandwishes are big and VERY satisfying to us! WE save caloreis for them....and after our walk....a nice treat! BEst part about it....we are still losing weight and feel like we have cheated! : )

Oh my!!! That happend to me once as well. My grandfather asked my mom if I was pregnant again!!! I just had a big shirt on....but was of course overweight....but, still!!! Really depresses you. It didnt encourage me to lose weight though. That was years ago.....I just got sad. But, now....I am focused and love this site!…

I eat cheese each week. Iput it on my potato.....1/4 cup will not kill you. I use tablespoon of butter as well a couple of times a week. W discovered SKINNY COW ice cream sandwiches at the store and we feel like we are cheating! They are delicious and I would buy them even if I wasnt dieting! They are BIG......yum! Got full from eating one and so yummy! 1.5 grams of fat and 140 calories. 3 grams of fiber too. So not bad! So yummy but love your idea too! : )

Water is a big thing. I agree with the posts earlier. Drink water with a straw. Goes down easier and quicker....and I started drinking crystal light and some flavored waters to not be so bored with plain water. Dont give up. I always eat about 10:30. It sometimes is a weight watchers frozen lunch.....and sometimes I eat 1 cup of cereal. Just eat something. I feel better when I start my day then.....because then my meals are closer and I feel like Im eating all day. I do eat three meals...though. : ) BEst of luck!

I've heard that hot lemon water was good for losing weight....but I never knew why! I wait tables, and one lady who has lost tons of weight....always orders hot water and lemon. I have always wanted to ask her why....but, havent. Hmmm......guess Ill have to try that! : )
