OH! I want a twin too! I am 44 years young, 5' 3" tall and started at 213 lbs. My current weight is 183.4 :) I am wanting to go to 130 lbs. I'm thinking, but we'll see. I'm also on the infancy side of starting to run and LOVE to Zumba. Anyone? Anyone?

That is WAY too few calories on non-fasting days. You will lose at first but eventually your body will think it's starving and save every little ounce of fat and you will STALL. I'm Gina - been on 5:2 for six weeks, down 17 pounds. It's HARD - thought maybe this challenge would help keep me motivated. Would love to be down another 20+ pounds at the end of this challenge.

Everyone seems to be saying that strength training, more specifically heavy lifting, really made a huge difference. What does that mean exactly? Machines, Free weights? What does "heavy" mean?
