I am looking for people on here who on going through the same journey. I decided to start journaling my food because I am sure I am not always getting enough protein in. Also did…

  • I am looking at starting the tapes but wonder if it will be to much. I currently do a BootCamp Class on MWF at the Y for lunch and then walk on T and Th will adding PiYo to everything be to much?
  • I had the Body Media and hated wearing both that and the Polar FT7 and HRM when I worked out. The Loop calculates your steps and daily burn and then when you work out you wear the HRM and it will calculate your HR and calories for that workout. I am not sure but I do believe the HRM is water proof...I know the wrist band…
  • I have had it for a few months with the chest strap and absolutely love it!!!!!! It is well worth the investment
  • I had a Polar FT7 and like it but traded up for the Polar Loop with the bluetooth hrm and LOVE IT
  • Just got there today started out at around 248 in January and weighed in today at 197.6
  • I just switched to the loop and LOVE IT!!!! So glad I changed and I realized that Bodymedia was overestimating my calorie burn on things like the elliptical and wasnt even tracking burn for body pump classes. I love that it is a band not on my arm and I can instantly see my steps, calorie burn and how much more I need to…
  • Christine_InP Thank you. It does seem really hard to increase the calories but I know what I was doing was not working so hopefully this will break the plateau.
  • Thanks for this reply as I know at least for me I was under the belief that they limited everyone's calories to below 1200 and so I have been extremely frustrated that I haven't lost hardly any weight the last two months even though I was eating at 1200 and working out four hours a day. A trainer at my gym has been talking…
  • I know how you feel. I work a full time job about 30 mins from home and have four kids. What I do is get up at 5am each morning and ride the metro to downtown Minneapolis (from the suburbs) so I can go to a Body Pump class on MWF and do 30mins of cardio and then on Tuesday and Thursday I get here and walk for an hour and…
  • I raised mine too...I was having a deficit of almost 2000 calories a day....working out three times a day and eating btwn 1200 and 1400 calories a day. A trainer had me cut out one of my work-outs and increase my calories to 1800 a day and I have started losing again.
  • I am currently finishing my first week of Phase 1...I am doing it with my 12 yr old when I get home for work. I really enjoy the workouts and 30 mins goes by really quickly.
  • I get the ones with the fruit on the bottom and usually add a half a banana in mine....they are very tart which shocked me the first time.
  • @AmandaStephen...I ordered from the Jillian Michaels website I should have ordered from Amazon
  • I am 5'4 my starting weight was 243 in January and my current weight is 208 with a goal weigth of 130lbs...my profil pic is at my current weight...which is disgusting to see in the mirror everyday
  • I am extremely disgusted with their customer service as I placed my order yesterday received the confirmation email that I would be charged 44.98 for the first installement plus 14.95 for shipping and low and behold as I check my account today I was charged the FULL AMOUNT OF 104.98. Called customer service and they were…

  • I am ordering this today and would love to join yall when it comes in. I currently go the the Y in the mornings before work and do either the elliptical or treadmill for 45 minutes and then either do step or spin during lunch and try a shred class twice a week but I am still severally out of shape when it comes to the…
  • That is exactly what my husband does for me when he grills them. Just marinates them in Worcestershire sauce with a little salt and pepper
  • I have mine both set to lose 2 lbs a week and my BMF sets my calories at 1410 a day while MFP has them at 1200...I don't eat my exercise calories back but I do try to stay around 1400 for my calories...doesn't effect MFP because it adds calories for exercises so I still don't go over on here.
  • I have the BodyMedia and agree that it is big and bulky but I do love it. It is able to sink with my iphone on a pretty constant basis (I think it has improved Shannon :) ) and I only sync it with my computer about once everyother week because it automatically syncs with my bluetooth on my phone when I tell it to. I like…

  • I need to lose 123 lbs to get to my goal weight of 120 lbs and have lost 29lbs since the 1st of January. Myfitnesspal has been my greatest motivator with the friends I have found on here that have already completed the journey or are in the midst of it like myself. Feel free to add me.
  • I have a BodyMedia and love it. You really dont remember you are wearing it after a while and it is nice that it tracks everything. You can also log workout on it (ie I set it for the time I will work out at the gym and then what music I want from my phone and it plays the music and gives me my steps and calorie burn for…
