For me the more I work out the less of an appetite I have. Make sure your drinking enough water and having plenty of lean protien and high fiber foods that will satisfy you. I'm not an expert, but I know the more water the better.

I did day one, then walked the dog, not as fast as usual! I couldn't complete some of the strength routines, but didn't quit, is that normal the first time? I was able to keep up with the abs and cardio without a problem, but like I've heard others say, I felt I needed more cardio after. I think I'll make this my 2 a day…

I read all the responses and just want to add one little thought. Being female, we should have our thyroid checked every year, this could be part of your problem. I'm not disagreeing with the others, but a check-up with the doctor every year is a great idea and going over your challenges with weight loss may be helpful.

We are getting rid of Direct TV, heavy clouds or storms, no signal. So sad to my NFL Network, but need to get storm updates and can't when there is a storm! Go figure.

I'm having the same problem today and realized I didn't drink enough water. Usually I'm NOT hungry on days I have a good work out and today was one of those days. Be sure your getting the right food combinations too,

I love Klondike 100 cal bars, also make soy/whey protien smoothies with chocolate soy milk that I freeze and eat like ice cream, very nummy! Low cal and good for you!
