My words were Holy Fudge! Really??? Again??? But yea, I didn't die, yet! Took a good long time to recover last night. I have to wear heels today, my calves hurt too much in flats. I hope that gets better before I try my next work out tonight; don't think I can do it in heels (No I don't normally wear them!)

I started on Sunday, I made it through the work out last night BUT there were moves that my body just CAN'T do yet (those side things with the feet in push up position? Yea right!) I hope to be able to work up to them, so I won't give up! I'll post my fit test when I get home tonight, so glad to have found this group!

I got Insanity for christmas and then fell down the stairs and cracked my collar bone, just cleared to start it but I've been afraid! When Mc D's put the Yogurt parfet on their dollar menu they made it much smaller (according to my mom, I don't eat there) so maybe the 5 Oz is correct now.

I drink a LOT of water, eat a lot of fiber, veggies, fresh fruits, ect. When I upped my protein I had the same problem, I had to add 4-5 prunes a night and a stool softener. Have to keep things moving along!:laugh:

+ 10 days and move up a level, Level 2 is more intense, many say it's even harder than level 3. If your not challenged enough on level maybe try heavier hand weights?
