  • OP-Gwen(?) There are wonderful and supportive people here, I'm sorry they didn't find your other post, I most certainly missed it. I will keep you in my prayers this week, you didn't ask for them, but I will send them. Life is hard and if we didn't have emotional challenges none of us would be here. Anyone who says…

  • Will do when I get home tonight, can't do at work computer and will share on my FB page, my family LOVES doing things like this to help kids get recognized for their hard work and learning!
  • Started quite the erotic conversation with hubby,......got to go no, bub bye!:blushing:
  • My eyes are officailly in a food coma.....and tearing up, thanks for the laugh and I-O!
  • BUMP, some information I want to re-read later, thanks!
  • Nummy? sorry, couldn't resist!:blushing:
  • "Little Findley" I had 5 older sisters and 2 younger, and I WAS the smallest, not anymore, but aiming to get there!
  • No one, I can't MAKE anyone feel anything, but if they CHOOSE to feel pissed off after dealing with my sweet self, well, thats their choice!
  • Just plain , "THANK YOU" I needed the laugh today!
  • I've been off for a week with a migraine that wouldn't quit, got new med yesterday and plan to start back tonight. It's all about getting back to it for me. Way to stick with it!
  • We get off track, for all kinds of reasons, or we wouldn't be here. I had a 3 day migraine, lost track of my days on 30 DS but I'm going back to count tonight and start back where I left off. I didn't eat enough, and what i did mostly came back up. I can give up or try again, LETS ALL try again!!! These are the things that…
  • I did day 5 lv 1 at 4:30 this AM, yup, thats the only time I can get it in! LOL. Felt better than ever, just wish then knees would let me do better jumping jacks. I'm feeling stronger every day. Keep it up, we can do this! :drinker:
  • You put tears in my eyes and chills down my spine, Congrats on 2 of the BEST NSV's I've heard in a long time, you ROCK! :flowerforyou:
  • I'm new here too and very excited after being stuck a long time. I was very surprised to find my TDEE was 2050 and to lose was 1550 after being between 1200 and 1350 (health coach from work program) and stalled for a few months. Three days in and my energy is through the roof and the scale has moved down. I also am…
  • I just joined this week, feel free to add me
  • Skipping a day is NOT a bad thing, weight lifter's don't do the same group of muscles two days in a row. I realize we are not lifting weights, but we are all using muscles we haven't used in a long time and face it, they HURT after some of the work outs! I had to skip 2 days right at the beginning, this morning I did day 5…
  • I found success with the patch and QUITNET.com, I've been smoke free almost 2 years after 35 years of smoking. I don't crave, hardly ever think about it. Chantex made me smoke more, but it works differently for everyone. Good luck to you, OWN the quit, just like we OWN our weight loss. Try sucking on sugar free cinnamon…
  • I too wish I would have seen this earlier, great post! May I add, if one thing isn't working for you, don't be afraid to try something different? I think you kind of mentioned it, but having been "Stuck" for a long time, I am finally moving again by doing something totally different with my approach and diet. DO NOT BE…
  • I timed this out, with my HRM-BTW, I'm 5'2' and weigh around 159, my burn is about 250 and the time is 27 minutes with warm up and cool down, I stretch a little longer so I can walk the the rest of the day and put in for a 30 minute Circuit under cardio.
  • Did Day 4, level 1 this morning, still trouble with jumping jacks but did MUCH better with the rest and I feel STRONG! Today! :drinker: Strange, not even stiff or really that sore, so tomorrow I will push harder and ignore the pain while I'm doing it. Love the support here!
  • SO, how do you turn on the counter? I've been here for a year and a half and never figured that out but I would like to see it. **To OP, don't let this silly number derail you, you have come way too far!
  • Keep some water near by but only SIP, too much and up chuck! Good for you getting up early! And yes, sometimes I get on my elliptical in the evening or do yard work; haven't yet this go-around cause I'm really out of shape but I hope by the weekend I'll be up to a 2-a-day routine.
  • I use my lowest weights, 2lbs's for those, they are tough! I have 3 and 5 lbs for other parts, feels like cheating but if it helps to get through it then thats good enough for now!
  • Day 3 level one and my arms did NOT want to do jumping jacks until the last set where we do one of each cardio! Everything else was a bit easier. Even getting out of my chair at work doesn't hurt as much today, LOL! Keep going, we can do this!

  • Hi All, I'm Peggy, I started on the 1st and had to stop for 2 days due to technical difficulties but back at it today. I've started and never fininshed a few times, I hope to make it through to the end this time, by doubling up a few days. I have to go out of town on the 28th and make up for the 2 days I skipped. I hope…
  • This is SOOOO MEEEEE! Thank you all for the stories, insight and guidance. After a year and a half at this I am going to figure out my TDEE or whatever that is and start eating MORE! I'm stuck in the same basic place for the past couple of months and it really has been bugging me. I did notice when I went on a small binge…
