I had my bypass in march 2013 I will never regret it but I am constantly tired and sometimes weak due to vitamin issues that haven't been able to be fixed even with increased vitamins. I would love more wls buddies too, please add me.

I have the fitbit "one" and love it! i paid $99 at the "apple" store. They sell out very quickly though. It is worth every cent, the motivation i get from it is amazing. I love that it syncs to MFP and to my PC. I highly recommend it. you can also order it off the fitbit website! they have a newer model coming out in april…

I have the same issue and have been told that no amount of weight lifting, heavy lifting etc will help. It may tone you up a bit but ultimately the only option for those of us with alot of weight to lose is plastic surgery to remove the excess skin. Sorry.

I think its the hot bath that did it. I have felt like that before after having a very hot bath. I literally can sit in the tub with just the hot water on. But as soon as i get out i am nauseasted, dizzy, weak and feel terrible. I dont think it has anything to do with the pop.
