I take it as a bonus and don't stress over the days I go over by a bit. That's my choice and it's my weight loss. I really don't care who logs what and for what reason, I just don't think logging standing or shopping counts so I choose not to log it.

I vote for the muscles. I'll always have big boobs regardless of weight so muscles don't mean no boobs. Where I am it IS cheaper to buy fresh fruits/vegetables from local farmers, or a bag of rice, pasta, potatoes is also very cheap. When I used to eat cheese I had it with apples, bananas, and crackers lol. I don't think I would like it now it sounds pretty gross, but it couldn't have been that bad it was my go to snack for awhile!

You can't gain 4 pounds of muscle in a week. You're probably just retaining water, this is part of the weight loss journey, it happens. Accept it, don't beat yourself up over it. Keep up the great work!

The phrases "I'm a real women I have CURVES" and "I'm proud to be a big girl" is something I hear often....I usually would love to response with "no you're not you're obese, the curves will stay if you are truly curvy even when you get healthy" and "are you also proud of your certain heart failure?" I go alone mainly because I can't get anyone to go with me lol. Which sucks when I want to do free weights and have no spotter. When it comes to running I prefer to be alone, if I do the elliptical it's fun to have someone to talk to.

Others have already mentioned not being able to spot reduce. I certainly wish it was possible lol. Running has always helped me slim down fairly quick, add heavy lifting to that (or any good cardio) and it should help a ton.

Your muscles retain water. Just keep exercising but give yourself a couple days a week for your muscles to repair.

Not all vegetarians/vegans chose to eat that way because they "feel bad." I don't do it for simply feeling bad for the animals, that's something that came later in life and I cook meat for my boyfriend. Meat simply grosses me out. Everything about it.
