Hello, I joined about 2 years ago but wasn't accountable or serious enough to see it through. I hate the fact that food controls me. Am I that weak? lol Anyway, I'll be 51 next month. I really don't want to let my weight and health get so out of control that I lose motivation for good. Let's try this again. :)

I believe I have this same problem. I feel like I'm always thinking about food...it consumes me. I know the feeling of being always hungry. I want to be healthy, happy, skinny, sexy but food wins every time!

I really, really, really want to do this! Losing 7 - 10 lbs would be awesome! Doesn't seem like much but if I don't get my weight under control now, it'll creep up and be outta control in no time. I'm always losing 2 and gaining 3....a vicious cycle. :)

As other people have said, a lot has to do with your food intake. I've worked out off and on (mostly on) for years, but never quite met my goal weight...and of course, I would gain what I lost back. So far (the day is only 1/2 done) I'm proud of myself for not giving in to temptation...the high calorie/high in sugar snacks...which I usually end up doing whenever I work from home.
