Staci: My arms were burning but I made it. I didn't do it all at once I did in in sets of 3. Great job on no Diet coke. Steph: So we are not doing Fridays workout (150 pushups?) today is wall sits? Beck: great job on the 6 lbs lost. Keep up the grat work.

Did Triceps extensions today ...I did 30 reps with 50 pounds..and I lost 3 pounds this week :bigsmile: That Zumba must be doing somthing right. :bigsmile:

Oh ya... I think I forgot (to much Zumba or swimming maybe :laugh:) the last couple of Thursdays to double it. I will have to go back and double it on 13th and 20th. Can't do it now, I'm at work (shhhhh)

Well, I weighted in tonight and WOOOHOOOO :bigsmile: I'm out of the 300's not by much but I'm out. Went out to eat and wish I didn't WOW :noway: on the calorie intake. I better watch what I eat this next week or I will be back in the 300's. My tummy hurts :sad:

I was up early at 4:20 am and at the Y at 5am for my zumba class. I'm very proud of myself for getting up this early and exercising, I thought I would be tired but after class I feel good. ok.... so what I see is that one way is 25 metters. I did 8 laps thats both directions so should I use 16 laps? The lifegaurd said that 1 lap is 1 up and back. you say 1 way is 1 lap correct?
