Don't take any of the foods you like out of your food intake, You will be better off cutting your normal size portion then cutting it out. because you will want it even more and maybe indulge in it later. take little steps first it will help .

I also wear a BodyMedia Fit armband all day. I started January 10, 2014. Still learning things on it. Steps for Jan 59,660 Steps for Feb 6,129 so far. I want to join in also.

@Zena – Agreed. If you can find a workout Buddy, that would help greatly! Also, assuming you already haven't, why not write out some small weekly goals. Then, say, start every Monday and see if you can meet that goal by the following Sunday. Then each week build on that. For example, this week I want to do 10 lunges on 4…

Did 100 calf raises Large salad for dinner Slept an extra hour this morning and took a 15 min nap this afternoon I bought the Wii Zumba 2 today and had my sister come over and we danced for 106 min. We also went the theY this morning for 60 min of Zumba class I will definately get my Dancing in tomorrow
