I tend to use tomato based sauces... like salsa on potatoes/rice/chicken. I love fresh herbs too. Fresh basil/chives/sage/parsley ( or whatever your favourites are ) taste good added to almost anything!

Ice Cream! I know it's crazy. I especially despise vanilla ice cream... though I love vanilla lattes!

If you are looking to add healthy calories try a small handful of nuts or I like veggies and hummus.

I hate exercise too. The best thing I did was find an exercise buddy. Mostly we just walk (and chat while doing that). We try to challenge ourselves to do new things... the bike trails, badminton, a new hike we haven't tried. We hope to try out the climbing gym soon. I am new here. I am also a type 1 diabetic. I use an insulin pump and I have about 20 lbs to go to reach my goal weight. I have also already lost about 20 lbs and it has taken me 2 years to do that!
